Prep Eco Modelling Challenge

Earlier this term, our Head of Geography, Mrs Muddiman, set us the challenge to re-purpose waste from our recycling bins and the bits and pieces we have at home, to encourage us to try and find multiple uses for everyday items before they are finally consigned to recycling.

In the process we have also been thinking about the many items of packaging waste that are not currently recyclable and how we can avoid purchasing products packaged in this way.

We produced objects that are useful and some that are just for fun! These included some fabulous pencil containers, outdoor plant pots, games, storage for toys and Kitty even made a rabbit hutch for her pet rabbit, Lilly!

Take a look at the images attached to see what we have made out of paper, cardboard, plastic, tins and wood!
