Each Autumn Term, we take our oldest year group, the 2^nd Form, away for a weekend of leadership training.The two-day experience, built around team building exercises and challenges, is designed to equip our oldest pupils with useful skills for their final year at Fettes Prep.

We know what a privilege it is to have the great outdoors of Scotland on our doorstep. From Edinburgh it’s an easy two hour drive up to the beautiful hills of Perthshire and home base at the Gulabin Lodge Outdoor Centre. This time it was the turn of the second group to experience the glorious scenery of Glenshee and enjoy the adventure that is Leadership Weekend!  We were very lucky with the weather as the sun shone and there was just a dusting of snow on the hills. All of the pupils enjoyed time away with their peers and gained valuable skills in the process.
