Fettes College is delighted to gain Young Scot Schools accreditation for 2020/21 (Young Scot is the national youth information and citizenship charity for 11-26 year olds in Scotland) 

By achieving this accreditation we have ensured that the students at Fettes are connected, informed and empowered and have access to a range of Young Scot services. The programmes provide young people with information, ideas and opportunities to help them make informed decisions  and choices, helping them to navigate the challenges they face as they grow up, particularly during times of transition in their lives. 

The young Scots programme helps schools to create strong links with educational outcomes, policies and procedures. These include the National Performance Framework, Curriculum for Excellence and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
