Four Fettes students took part in the Regional Enterprising Maths Competition hosted by Glasgow Academy.

In a fiercely fought competition over four rounds,  Zan S, Kelly L, Marcel L and Yichen S  were put to the test in building an origami tower, tackling  mathematics problems, a speed round and a ‘Relay Race’ where problem solving, logical thinking and mathematical concepts were tackled under time pressure

 Overall, the team secured a strong 4^th place and look forward to hopefully gaining a place in the National Final next month
