Congratulations to Yichen S, who has been shortlisted for the History category of the John Locke Institute 2025 Global Essay Prize. Yichen will attend the annual conference and award ceremony in London from 3–5 October. 

His essay tackled the challenge of linking political philosophy with the actions of twentieth-century leaders, highlighting  Yichen’s ability to think critically and make ambitious connections.
