The final of the Singing Competition, which took place on Friday 10^th June, was a really special evening. Twelve of our singers took part across the two classes – Thomas E, Vanessa C, Tanya M, Douglas G, Willa H and Lucy R sang in the Intermediate Class, with Davina H, Beau C, Vasily T, Delilah P, Pippa M and Alex F in the Senior class.

With the outstanding standard of singing, adjudicator Wilma MacDougall, from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, had quite a job to pick winners! For the intermediate, Lucy R was presented with the Highly Commended prize, and Tanya M was announced as winner. Alex F and Davina H were Highly Commended in the Senior Class, and Delilah P took the winner’s prize. Everyone sang extremely well and can be proud of the contribution they made to this wonderful celebration of singing.
