Around 250 Old Fettesians gathered in fine voice for the London OFA Carol Service. This is a traditional service of Carols and Lessons reminiscent of the Fettes Carol Service that all enjoyed whilst at school. Previous members of the Chapel Choir came together to form our choir for the evening and were expertly led by Gavin Pettinger, Director of Music at Fettes Prep school. This year the solo was sung by Debbie Gore (Inv-CW 1992-2000), a coincidence as her niece Renie G sang the solo in the Fettes Carol Service just a few days before. The service was thoughtfully led by Rev. David Simpson (Mo 2001-2006) to whom we are most grateful. Readings were read by Richard Murray (Inv-Ki 1994-2001), Rob Harrison, Aitana Mathewson (PS-Ar 2006-2015) and Head, Helen Harrison.

Mulled wine and mince pies were served after the service to give everyone time to catch up with Fettes friends old and new.
