As part of our INSET we were delighted to welcome Penny Rabiger, an experienced professional working in the field of Equity and Inclusion within schools, to Fettes College this morning. Penny delivered a thought provoking and inspirational talk about Inclusive Recruitment and introduced us to 'Norm' (pictured) - representing what we perceive to be familiar, and challenging us to look beyond this.
