Spirits were high at our annual, whole school sporting event with students gathering to represent their houses and being cheered on by their housemates.

According to our Archivist, the first House Steeplechase took place sometime before 1878 and has been a favourite school tradition for many Fettesians over the years. Historically our Fettesians even took joy in crossing the wintery water of the Fettes pond, which we’re glad to say, no longer exists!

All our students took part in this year’s race and everyone performed incredibly well, displaying fantastic sportsmanship and dedication. Huge congratulations to Dalmeny House and Carrington House for finishing in first place! Click here to see the full image gallery.
