The House Piping and Drumming competition was held on Monday  27^th February. We welcomed a world class panel of judges to the Culachy Music School; all of our competitors benefited from the judges expert feedback.

Winning a stunning MacCallum Bagpipe Chanter with silver engraved trim was Zara M. The top prizes for Class one piping and drumming went to Will F and Samuel J respectively. It was Arniston’s year to lift the Thyne Cup for Overall solo drumming result and  Glencorse claimed the overall Piping Award. The Final Prizes of the night were awarded to Moredun. Fraser W collected the Achroyd and Kisaki Cups for best House Band Performance. 

Well done to all the competitors who have worked diligently towards this event, with many pushing themselves out of their comfort zones.
