We are delighted to announce that Kinvara G and Zain Q are appointed as Heads of School for the forthcoming academic year (2026/2027) with responsibilities shared equally between them.

Kinvara says: “I am honoured to be entrusted with this great responsibility, especially in such a pivotal year in Fettes’ history. I look forward to working with Mr Girvan, Zain and our incredible prefect team to preserve the school's unique traditions and introduce changes that strengthen the school community. I hope to serve as a positive female role model for younger students and continue to build on the legacy of Fettes that has been created by Mrs Harrison.”

Zain says: “I feel deeply honoured to be taking up the role of Head of School at Fettes in the next academic year. I hope to use this opportunity to develop valuable leadership skills, but most importantly, to help influence positive change across campus. It is a privilege to represent Fettes and I hope to lead with integrity, humility and a strong sense of tenacity.”
