Fettes College announces newly appointed Founding Headmaster of Fettes Guangzhou.

Fettes College is delighted to announce that Marco Longmore has been appointed as the Founding Headmaster of Fettes Guangzhou opening in September 2020. Mr Longmore, currently Founding Head at Brighton College Dubai, brings with him over 25 years’ experience in the education sector especially within Scottish independent schools. His recent involvement in setting up Brighton College Dubai combined with his thorough understanding of a holistic approach to education made him the ideal candidate for the role.

Fettes Guangzhou is a collaborative venture between Fettes College and Bright Scholar and the first international campus under the Fettes brand. Fettes Guangzhou will, without compromise, reflect the full-boarding, co-educational ethos of Fettes College Edinburgh and deliver a truly all-round education. This distinctive school, which will be both bilingual and dual-curricular, will offer an unrivalled educational experience in China producing highly-educated and well-rounded leavers with the skills to realise their global ambitions.
