The emotive Festival of Lessons was sadly not able to be held at St Cuthbert’s with us celebrating alongside current parents and friends of Fettes but a virtual service was created for our entire community to enjoy. Each year group bubble then attended a shorter reduced service (with thanks to both our Chaplain and Head for repeating the service 5 times!).

Our superb catering department pulled out all the stops as usual so everyone from our youngest M Form in the Prep School to Upper Sixth could enjoy Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. A surprise additional treat was being serenaded on the way in to the Dining Hall by a brass ensemble of staff and students playing all the familiar festive carols.

From Christmas jumper days to gingerbread house decorating, secret Santa gifts to the inaugural department decoration competition, the Fettes community has pulled together to celebrate in style.
