On Wednesday 16th May we held our final Coffee Concert of the year. Since September, we have enjoyed 11 Coffee Concerts, including one memorable visit featuring Fergus Bolton (OF) and ‘The Bare Necessities’, an a cappella group from Brown University, Rhode Island, USA in January. These Concerts provide a superb opportunity for our students to perform to a supportive audience.

The programme was as engaging and varied as ever, with a Bagpipe medley from Luca A, some Debussy on Piano from Iona J, a Tchaikovsky Aria from Monty M on Bassoon, and further Piano and Clarsach performances from Joshua G and Flora M respectively. We were treated to two solo performances from this year’s Arts Prefects; Fletcher L and Thomas E who have not only compiled and advertised these concerts, but have also regularly performed in them. We thank all performers for their contributions throughout the year.
