We are delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Stitt, as the new Director of Development for Fettes College taking over the role from Nicola Pickavance.

Commenting on his appointment, Michael said: “I am delighted to be joining Fettes College at such an exciting stage in its development. Fettes reputation for educational excellence and community were central to my decision to join the team. Having spent a number of years in the charity sector, I hope to bring experience, innovation and new opportunities to the College. I am very much looking forward to meeting as many of the Fettes family as possible in the months and years ahead.”

Michael Stitt joins Fettes College from the Royal College of Surgeons where he was latterly Director of Development and Partnerships, having joined in 2015 from the University of Edinburgh. Michael has over 14 years’ experience in Development roles and brings a wealth of expertise across all fundraising streams from a variety of organisations including education, the arts, charity and professional membership organisations.
