This Saturday 12th June, Scots Guards will troop their colour in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen in the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle. For this special event, OF Hugh Dingwall (Mo 2009-2014) will hold the official title of Ensign for Her Majesty the Queen's Birthday Parade.

We contacted Hugh ahead of this weekend for his thoughts: “I feel proud and honoured to be Ensign for this year's Queen's Birthday Parade. The 2nd Battalion Scots Guards have not trooped their colour since 1997 and I look forward to the serving and ex serving Scots Guardsmen seeing their colour being trooped in front of Her Majesty”.

Trooping the Colour will be televised in the UK on BBC One from 10.15am on Saturday 12th June.
