We are excited to confirm this year's Commemoration Weekend will begin on Friday 4th October 2024.
Plans are now finalised for Commemoration Weekend 2024 and we look forward to welcoming OFs back to Fettes to celebrate. All OFs are welcome to join, however we extend a special invitation to the Leavers of 2019, 2014, 2004, 1994, 1984, 1974 and Newmen of 1964, 1954 and 1944 to reunite at this year's Commemoration Weekend.
Programme for the weekend:
Friday 4th October
- Reunion drinks - 6pm - kick off the Commemoration Weekend celebrations by joining us at Brewhemia. Perfectly located close to town and directly opposite Waverley station, OFs are invited to join us for a drink or a few. Tickets cost £7 and include your welcome drink with a cash bar available afterwards.
Saturday 5th October
- Career networking lunch with the Sixth Form: 12:30pm-1:45pm (We really appreciate those who are willing to chat informally to the Sixth Form about their career journey / higher education choices to date.)
- Lunch in the Dining Hall: 1pm - £10 per ticket
- Sports Matches to support during the afternoon from 2:30pm
- House Visiting during the afternoon: 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Commemoration Chapel Service: 6pm-6.45pm
- Commemoration Drinks Reception & Dinner (black-tie): 6.45pm-11.30pm - £75 per ticket
