“A space and a location becomes a place when it takes on meaning and becomes special to you. Discover Fettes and make this your place.”
A place to live
Our full boarding ethos benefits all our students (boarding and day) and students leave the school knowing themselves, looking out for others, capable of thinking critically and ready to make a positive mark on their rapidly changing world.
A place to learn
Our students will be bold and visionary, yet compassionate; they possess a global perspective and will leave us ready to embrace the opportunities of the future.
A place to grow
Fettes is a proudly Scottish school that brings together international perspectives, empowering students to be successful on a global platform. View our wide ranging and extensive co-curricular programme of activities, outdoor pursuits and sporting opportunities

The Fettes Passport
Aiming high and giving back is central to being a Fettesian and we empower our students to do this through a range of initiatives including our bespoke Middle School Diploma and unique Fettes Passport.
Fettes for all
We understand, value and celebrate diversity in all its forms, we encourage diversity of thought in our learners, and challenge discrimination.
Location
Fettes sits in 100 acres of secure green campus with mountain views, mature woodland and green space. There is a stillness and calm on campus that belies the fact that the centre of the international city of Edinburgh is within walking distance from our gates.
