Fettes College has a Thrift Shop which sells second hand items of school uniform and school sportswear. It operates from a room in the refurbished Swimming Pool (17 on the Campus Map). The Thrift Shop is open on Saturday mornings during term time (but not Rec Leaves) from 10.30-12.00 and on Tuesday evenings (1800-1900).

Bagged articles for sale, with a Thrift Shop Sales Form, may be handed in while the shop is open or left with reception.

The Thrift Shop is operated on a voluntary basis by a committee of parents and staff. Parents receive 60% of the selling price, which appears as a credit on the School account. 40% is given to the school.
