Through the inspiration of Dr Alison Brown, graduate of both institutions, we have organised a unique joint event that combines skiing and spa recreation at a top resort in Colorado. The Fettes-Sidney Sussex gathering will attract alumni from North America for a short vacation and others from all over world for longer stays. We have blocked space for this special vacation at the 4-star Cordillera Lodge and Spa which is located conveniently near the Beaver Creek ski area. As they put it, "The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera is one of the most luxurious retreats in the world. The 56-room Lodge continually earns accolades for its exemplary service. The Spa, regularly voted among the Top 10 Spas in North America by notable travel magazines, is sought for its diverse wellness programs". 

Facilities include full access to the spa amenities and use of a ski-in/ski-out club at Beaver Creek ski resort.  For non-skiers, there are also a variety of recreational activities or pamper yourself with a luxury spa package.  The room rates listed are also valid for the week before and week after the ski weekend.  Be sure to book early though, as these rates are on a first come first served basis.  You can also make reservations for discount ski lift tickets and the joint Benefit Dinner at the same time.
