Moredun has the reputation of being a small and friendly House. We hope to provide a supportive family environment – a ‘home from home’ - where our young men can feel immediately secure.

Moredun men are encouraged to follow the inspirational words of Winston Churchill and to: "Never, never give up." The ethos is one of participation with the men of Moredun expected to involve themselves in a wide ranging number of activities, societies and sports. Moredun is a House for all: we look to celebrate achievement in any field.
A strong sense of identity
Moredun has a uniquely self-contained atmosphere which helps to engender a strong sense of identity. We hope to develop our students to be:
