College East

Hello, my name is Pam Houston and I have had the pleasure of being House Mistress of College East for the last five years. I have two children, Craig and Caroline and during the holidays I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing bridge and embroidery.

Cosy and friendly

We are the smallest boarding house and have the reputation of being cosy and friendly. I really enjoy being able to meet with each girl in my House every day, even if it is just to say hello and catch up briefly.

Lasting relationships

I feel it is an extremely important start to building a relationship that will last throughout their school career and beyond. I think that I have the best job in the world as I enjoy the challenge of helping the girls and being able to guide each individual's future.

Never a dull moment

There is certainly never a dull moment in College East, as I have no way of telling what the next knock on my door will bring! I operate an open door policy and I am available to the girls at all times.
