Pupils with a problem with laptop software or network connectivity should contact ICT Support by email. We may then investigate the problem remotely or ask that the computer is dropped off at the ICT Workshop.

A common problem is that the pupil has changed the network settings or installed new software that has interfered with the smooth operation of the machine. If we cannot deal with the problem quickly then we may ask the pupil to back up his or her files on the network and then wipe the machine and restore the operating system and teaching software from an image.
