Under the school laptop computer scheme a spare laptop is issued whenever a school-scheme laptop is sent away for repair. On a few occasions, however, there may be a short wait when all available spare laptops are out on loan.

Issue of a temporary replacement whilst your own laptop is away for repair

This replacement laptop is issued to you on the following terms:

• I agree to return the machine in the condition that it was issued to me
• In the event of damage to the replacement I understand that my parents may be billed for the cost of repairs or for insurance excess
• I agree to return to return the replacement laptop promptly to ICT Support as soon as my own machine returns from repair.
